Perillo Mosquito, Tick and Turf

Shawn has been very helpful when I needed a snowplow person this past winter. Now he is doing lawn maintenance and also helping with landscaping. Yesterday he put stone trim around 4 trees in my front yard. He works fast and efficiently and is very professional. I would recommend him to anyone.

I contacted Perillo Property maintenance via Facebook messenger on a Sunday morning for a super small job - my mailbox fell down! I received a response within the hour and by the end of the day the owner was at my house for an estimate and timeframe and the next day it was fixed when I wasn’t even home. He sent me pictures to show the work completed and an invoice within an hour to my email - which I paid in three clicks on my phone with Apple Pay! It was a super small job but mailboxes are crucial, so it was a big job to me. Thank you for being a local businessperson to be appreciated.

We moved to Stormville 4 years ago, and this is the first season we have been able to fully enjoy being outside! Normally, we’ve needed bug spray and citronella to sit for maybe 10 min before being eaten alive. Since Perillo came and treated, I can sit outside for hours and not see one mosquito. We also chose the pet friendly option, because we have 2 small pups. I don’t know why it took us so long to reach out and have this done. Thank you!

We've been extremely happy with the lawn care service! They consistently do a great job mowing, edging, weedwhacking, and blowing off all the walkways when they're finished. The yard always looks neat and well-maintained. One of the biggest differences we've noticed is the attention to detail. Our previous lawn company regularly missed areas when weedwhacking, but these guys are thorough and make sure everything looks clean and finished before they leave— they even weedwack all around the children’s playsets in the backyard, which we appreciate so much! We've also been using their mosquito and tick treatments and have been very pleased with the results. They're reliable, professional, and take pride in their work. Highly recommend!

Perillo has been spraying our lawn for bugs & ticks for 3 months now. They have been great with communication, always let us know prior to arriving. Cannot beat the price of a local company, last summer we used a bigger name company that cost us double a month and wasn’t as effective. The spray has been working great, prior we were seeing ticks every day on our dogs. Definitely highly recommend!

Perillo and his team have done many jobs for my such as mowing, trimming, aeration and his most recent and new service mosquito and tick spraying. All his services are great always good communication when something changes such as weather or any emergencies he might run into on the job. Work is always done well and they always clean up well after themselves. But this review I would like to really focus on one that blew me away. The tick and mosquito treatment. I was having a party for my daughter and he had an opening the same day and was able to fit me in. He assured it was safe for pets and people it’s just good to let it dry out for an hour I’m guessing so you don’t track it back into the house. As the party died down and the sun set I took a min to sit outside and noticed we weren’t getting swarmed by bugs. We didn’t have any of our lanterns on just a bug lamp that turns on once it gets dark enough. Which usually is going off every second around that time. But this time I was here 1-2 with long pauses in between. My wife was so happy with the product that we may do it for the summer until the weather starts dropping. Ask about their multi service packages and they may have a special discount that month. At lease have them stop by for a quote and chat with Shawn.
